1. 登入既有的Google帳號跟密碼
沒有Google帳號的朋友可以直接點選「建立網誌」直接申請帳號
2. 點選「建立網誌」
3. 在「網誌標題」欄位輸入您希望的網站名稱
在「網誌網址(URL)」欄位輸入你希望的網站網址
輸入完畢之後點選「檢查是否可用」，看看有沒有跟別人撞名
如果有的話，請試著輸入其他英文字母試試看
在「字詞驗證」欄位輸入上圖扭曲的英文文字
以上確認無誤之後點選「繼續」
4. 先挑選Blogger預設的範本，再按「繼續」
先挑選，之後會套用第三方廠商或網友分享的範本
5. 請點選「開始使用網誌」
此時您的部落格就已經完成了，剩下就是近一步的修改網站設定
讓您的部落格更加契合自己的需求～～
7. 一開始會進入發表新文章的網頁
先不理會，咱們先來看看套用範本之後的部落格長得什麼樣子
請點選「檢視網誌」
不過離我們期待的功能還差蠻多的
